After two weeks, five cities, dozens of trains, planes, and scooters—and hundreds of incredible partner conversations—Asher Mathew and I finally made it home from the PL European Tour. 🛬
We wrapped up the trip at the San Francisco airport, reflecting on what made this tour so special:
✅ Community energy in every city—Paris, London, Manchester, Amsterdam, and Berlin
✅ Shared challenges and ambitions across the ecosystem
✅ Local connections that turned into global friendships
What surprised us most?
In every city, folks knew people who attended other stops on the tour—but not always the ones in their own city. That tells us there’s still so much opportunity to deepen local partner networks—and that events like these truly matter.
We learned, listened, connected, and planned—Catalyst is next, and this trip gave us inspiration for some exciting updates we’ll bring to the global stage in August.
🎉 We even planned the Catalyst party on the plane ride home. (Yes, we were productive at 38,000 feet!)
Next up: Catalyst in Denver, August 21–23. If you care about partnerships and want to be part of this thriving global community, you’ll want to be there. Let’s continue the momentum, share what we’ve learned, and keep elevating partnerships around the world. 🌍
Drop us a DM if you’ve got ideas, want to connect, or think your city should be next.
See you in Denver! 🙌

It Okay, we are here. I had to say it one more time. We're here in San Francisco. We're at San Francisco airport. And wow, just what was that? A 10 hour flight coming back. So wasn't bad, yeah, it was no no, no bumps or anything pretty, pretty smooth. Had a flight from Berlin to Munich. Little bit of a kerfuffle at the passport control for the

stamp my Well, I think in Brussels the stamp, the put the wrong stamp on my passport, which is interesting,
Chip Rodgers 0:36
a year late, yeah, fortunately you were able to get that fixed.
Asher Mathew 0:40
Yep, I gotta fix that.
Chip Rodgers 0:41
So here we are. We made it home. Man, what an amazing trip we had. Two weeks started in Paris, went to London, Manchester, Amsterdam and Berlin and gosh, everyone was. Had a great turnout, with people that are really excited and passionate, and we've learned a ton. Thank you all for joining and and spending some time with us. Some of the things we learned, I mean, a lot of the lot of the problems that partner folks have in Europe are the same as as around the world, similar to what we heard in in Australia, and everyone's looking for help and wanting to connect, and everyone really appreciated getting, you know, meeting other local folks in the in the area.

So I think what was surprising was that people knew people that went to other cities events, rather than knowing the people in their own city. Yeah, and all of the events that we did was, I think, somewhat the largest gathering of partnerships people in a while, yeah,
Chip Rodgers 1:46
yeah, somebody, like, it was, for example, there was somebody in Berlin that said, I saw pictures from Paris, like, I knew all those people.
Asher Mathew 1:52
Yeah, I don't know how many people will come up to this event, you know. And then Berlin event had, I think, what, 50 people or so? So,
Chip Rodgers 1:58
yeah, so, gosh, it's been fantastic. Thank you all for for joining us along the way. We are next. Next up is well,
Asher Mathew 2:07
so next up is catalyst. But the interesting thing is, the number one requested country was Israel from this trip now, you know. And so people are like, Hey, we got to go to Israel. And so we have to figure out how we fit Israel into the itinerary. Other things time to go to Israel between now and catalyst, but we're going to take all the learnings and modify some of the content for Catalyst so that everybody can learn from our experience. And then after that, the rest of h2 we just have to figure out how we're going to reach to other countries and go and take the good word of elevating partnerships around the

world absolutely, absolutely it's so we'll keep going. We'll keep going, but make sure catalyst Denver, August, 21 to the 23rd and you know, it's just going to be a great place to connect and meet other partner professionals. We had a ton of conversations there where people are already buying tickets and and flights and everything. So it's going to be a global event. You got to be there. Yeah.
Asher Mathew 3:07
Actually, the one thing that's awesome about traveling the chip is you can actually do a bunch of planning. So we actually planned the catalyst party on this train, this plane, right back. So we have a ton of fun things, things for you all planned. We launched excursions yesterday, and and, and then, you know, there's a few surprises that you'll see when you get there. So hope to see you all there. Thanks for tuning in this past couple of weeks. If you have suggestions or comments like, drop us, drop us a DM, and we'll see you in Denver.
Chip Rodgers 3:38
